The second annual CoBiNet meeting was held at the IEO in Milan (Italy) from October 9-10, 2025. Teams presented progress on the curation of non-interactions (WP1), tissue-specific interactions (WP2), and isoform-specific interactions (WP3). On the second day, participants aligned on short- and long-term goals, and discussed next steps toward a high-resolution, context-aware human PPI network.
