HIPPIE now contains ~1.2 million experimentally supported PPIs, including isoform-specific interactions. It further incorporates the high-confidence negative interactions introduced in New preprint: High-confidence non-interacting proteins and supplies splitting (subsets of) the database as specified in New preprint: Bias in PPI Datasets for unbiased machine learning. Finally, we completely redesigned the web interface for better data access and user-friendliness.
